Purchasing a Domain Name
If you already have a domain name, (ex. www.yourrestaurant.com) we can help point the name servers to your new website. If you need a domain name, we will assist you with the process of purchasing a domain name of your choice.
Email Service
If you already have email setup (ex. info@yourrestaurant.com), we’ll work with you to transfer your existing setup, and avoid any interruptions in your email service. If you would like to set up an email, we can set one up for you on our servers.
Website Maintenance
Our goal is to create a website that requires the least amount of maintenance possible. We realize that menu items often change and we have a tool that allows you to update the menu items easily. You may want to add daily specials…Simple! What about an event calendar, online reservations, email newsletters…we have tools for those items and more!. Some restaurant owners would like the hands off approach, that is why we provide 4 hours of website maintenance per month at no additional cost.
What Information will you need from me?
In order for us to get started on your new website, we will need your menus, (preferably in Word format) logo, hours of operation, location(s), photos, customer testimonials and any other content you would like included on the website. We can send you a file request via Dropbox to copy your content to.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
All of our websites include basic search engine optimization. In most cases, the basic SEO meets our customers needs. There have been requests from customers to further enhance their placement on the search engines. We do offer advanced SEO services to gain an edge on the competition.
What if I don’t have any photos or videos of my restaurant?
This is a common question from most restaurant owners. We have a solution. We offer onsite professional photography and video services within a 75 mile radius of Boston. Our staff will arrange a time to arrive at your location(s). Photo shoots typically take 2-3 hours (not including set up time) and cost between $300-$400. HD video services take between 3-5 hours and range between $1,000 – $1,500 (includes photos). Click here to view our work.
